Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our customer support team via email within 30 days of delivery, providing your order number and the specific reason for the return.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the specific warehouse address for your shipment.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging including all accessories and cables, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technical team inspects the hardware to confirm its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
